Training

What to expect.

Inititate

Contact – calls, emails and video conferencing to discuss creating the event. As every workshop is bespoke to fit the needs of each client, we put a lot of time and energy into understanding the business as it is currently, what the vision is for the future. We will collectively decide the best course, or combination of courses, to run.

Booking

Once we’ve organised the workshop, emails are sent out, the booking goes in the diary and purchase orders are confirmed with the finance team. Resources are then sent out – either by post, or digitally.

After Care

Once we’ve delivered our outstanding course, we don’t just leave you! Along with the invoice and feedback forms, we are happy to answer any post-course queries by email and happy to set-up a free virtual coffee morning a week after the event where the trainer will be happy to talk about how the tools and strategies are being used to any participants.

Facilitation

Before – we work closely with the client to understand what they are keen to work through or highlight. Is the challenge concerned with systems or personnel? Thinking about ideas, such as the effect of location and time on the group, we look at the kinds of experiments that will help to illustrate the workings of the group in order to fulfil the client’s brief.
