What does it do and who is it for?

Encourages students to move away from ‘spoon-feeding’ and become confident in their own thoughts and ideas.
The workshop will demonstrate simple structures which lead us to become effective learners, thinkers, and questioners.
Everyone leaves the workshop being very clear on the advantages of being an independent learner – everyone will understand how and when to get creative insight into their work.

What ideas underscore it?

This workshop challenges widespread notions around work effectiveness.
When we have clear structures, it can be easier to be creative and arrive at collaborative decisions faster.
