What does it do and who is it for?

This workshop has been created for any student who finds themselves under pressure.
The tools will help the students to keep themselves regulated, positively ‘stretched’ rather than ‘strained’ or ‘under-powered’.
The students will develop a language, both to understand themselves better, and to support each other.

What ideas underscore it?

There are many different types of intelligence – here we explore emotional intelligence.
We are interested in the journey – creating insight into ourselves as we self-discover.
How much benefit would it bring to our society if we could avoid a breakdown by knowing the signs that precede one?
